It was made by the technicians at West Dean for a weaver friend of mine many years ago, and she has passed it on to me. It is the same as the one I used in the West Dean studio for two years. As you can see there is room for a LOT more yarn spools, these are just the octopus ones. I do like nice wooden tools and equipment.

I'm jealous I want one but they are so expensive maybe I should go on a woodworking course.
ReplyDeleteI nev thought I would have one, and then this one was offered to me at an excellent price. Keep hoping! Or do a woodwork course as you suggest. I could send you close up photos of the joints and construction to help you.....x
